Premiere Elements 15 Tutorial - How to Zoom In and Zoom Out

I usually stick to "pan and zoom" option, thanks for showing how to zoom in a little easier, I feel kinda dumb not realizing this.

Eric I have some underwater 4K video of a small Moorish Idle & I would like to zoom in & make the fish bigger, then export the file to a external folder & then on to Lightroom to white balance. I do it in this sequence because importing into lightroom first means after white balancing & exporting out of Lightroom it can only be done in downgrading the video clip to a 1080 X 1920. So I lose the 4K avantage. PE 15 unfortunately does not do a good job of white balancing. How to export a processed video clip in PE 15 Eric?

I don't know, but....you do everything but explain how to zoom in and out. Seriously. You probably need to review this one more time, but you don't actually explain how to zoom in out.

"and from this point, you can either zoom it in....or...zoom it out". It's like some sort of automagic interface that controls the zooming...

I'm sure that's all fine, but you forgot to tell how you actually ....zoom in and zoom out.
