I wanted to correct lang po how you pronounce this specific city in Cagayan. It is NOT "TU-GI-GARAO". It IS TU-GE-GARAO. "E" po yun at hindi "I", (Tuguegarao). Please don't take this against me. You may not know it but that is how it should be pronounced. Thank you and more power to you.
