To anyone thinking this guy is telling lies to sell a cookbook, he’s not. Fat loss really is as simple as calories in vs calories out. It’s amazes that more people haven’t figured it out yet. Great content here! Keep it up.

Whole Foods has a sprouted wheat crust for 300 calories, or white for 360. If you have prime you get a discount at checkout. It helps.

For breakfast I had anabolic French toast, lunch I made anabolic Chik Fil A Nuggets, dinner I made three cheesy crunch gorditas, then finishing the day off with anabolic ice cream.
What a time to be alive!

Tip for anybody that is always in a rush but want these pizzas. Half this recipe and make it into burritos. Or use the whole recipe and make a HUGE BURRITO

This is great! I used egg whites & egg white protein powder to make the crust so even more protein. I like it spicy so I use Sweet Baby Ray’s hot sauce & save the fat free ranch to drizzle on each piece as I eat it. Great recipe!

What can i do if i just found out that i have high glucose intolerance? My morning glucose levels and 3 months levels are finé but with 75gr of glucose after 2h my glucose levél is 6.13. Any advice RJ? 2 months since i started working out and feel better and trying fasting + keto ön my own but mán it is hard.

Recommendation: cover the cheese with a small amount of cooking spray. It doesn't take a lot and it goes a long way to making the fat-free cheese melt and blister like real cheese. Maybe spray the inside of the bag for two seconds and toss the cheese inside.
