When I was filling out my toolbox, I bought a lot from Harbor Freight just to get started, figuring I'd replace them with more expensive ones as they broke.
My Pittsburg wrenches are still holding strong almost 5 years later. Noticeably better than what you'd get from box stores too, imo. For example, the laser cut Kobalt wrenches slip if you need to apply any type of force. The Pittsburgs are way tighter tolerance and don't slip.
I did blow up a half inch ratchet from using it incorrectly with a pipe for leverage and they even replaced it for free with no questions asked.
I haven't tried any of the ICON brand, but I assume it's pretty damn good.

-Edited to say that I'm a Maintenance Tech and use them every day. They don't just sit in my garage.

I mean, I have a battery powered Hercules shopfan. A little one. It worked great all summer.

I have a Hercules corded 4 1/2" grinder. I like it pretty good. Comfortable to use.

I worked for a construction company where all are tools come from harbor freight except the ones that were rented long and short of it they showed me that they are worth buying

Harbor freight has rarely let me down and my customers don't care what tool their stuff gets fixed with.

I've been a Milwright for about 7 years now.

I keep my Milwaukee stuff at home and throw Bauer in the truck for the out and about jobs

The batteries aren't really worth a damn no matter what brand you get from HF.

Their corded tools have been quite impressive for their price and definitely good for entry level or DIY
