The World's Manliest Spoon Forged From Rebar- Post Apocalyptic Spoon

Hey everyone! Here's a spoon to go with the hand forged fork we made from 1/2" rebar last time. It's part of a dining set with a spoon, steak knife, butter knife, and maybe even a spork. Let me know what you think!

Thanks for watching and enjoy!

Here are some of my books on Amazon. Thanks for the support!

Here are a couple of links to the AGM A8, the phone I used to take all the photos.

Next, a real test of skill. You must make rebar from a spoon!

I was able to create a knife, spoon, and fork out of a 3' piece of 1/2" Rebar in about an hour total. Thanks for showing me how it is done! Please keep posting! Also, I just ordered two of your books. I can't wait to dive into them.

Perfect timing! I'm about to forge a spoon out of 1/2 round stainless, so this is super helpful! Thanks, brother!

That was awesome. I want to make an entire custom silverware set out of Damascus steel. It's probably excessive but I think it'd be cool. I also want to do an "all things metal" theme for my dream house and have nothing but forged items throughout the home. It'd go well in addition to a log cabin or something or the sort.

Said rebar should probably be tested for either mercury or lead, if you want to actually eat with that spoon.

While I'm being a troll, the size and shape of that forge would also cause me to ask questions about fuel inefficiency due to heat loss. On the other hand, I could see you wanting something large enough to let you heat up a large piece of metal at once, without having to work on tiny pieces of the length.

Nice video though, BB.

Can you do a video on a bigger DIY forge, something similar to what you use?

That looks sweet. That would go well with a wooden bowl.
