I use to own multiple houses. in Florida. Pensacola, FT Meyers. Cape Coral. rented them out for 5 years. then sold them. Now I have just 1 house. a 2008 3 bed 2 bath 2 car garage solar roof home I bought in 2017 for $215k in Joshua Tree CA. I LOVE just having 1 house now. glad I got out of Florida. I love it here in Joshua Tree. Quiet. privacy. very little crime. I can travel to San Diego or LA in my 2014 Prius.

I'm over 50 and when I go to the gym, I don't even try to gain muscle just do weights that stress my muscles a bit and get a good stretch. Every time I push it, I get injured and have to recover for 6 months, of course do plenty of cardio!

We haven't seen the crash in the residential market as constantly predicted either.

The reality is that if Dan's subscribers had followed his suggestions and recommendations, they would not have been worried about a Depression or a collapse of real estate values.

I have been implementing his recommendations for the last two years! Some have cost some time and very little money.

I didn't buy the $95, 000 pickup truck with payments to be made over 7 years. In September, I replaced the head liner and driver's seat upholstery and in October I put 4 new strut assemblies on the 20 year old car which is clean inside and out.

I opened up multiple bank accounts. Then it didn't bother me when two existing financial institutions closed locations permanently.

Clean your closet? I got rid of a commercial storage unit! It was dusty, dirty work to go through the stuff. However, the savings were significant.

Dan, you're right! I'm not spending a dime on anything that's not necessary! I still have some jobs coming in, but HD is right no one is spending on home stuff at all, my subs see their jobs dropping off here in MN.
