Gasp, you've creased the corners of a borrowed book! 😳
Love your productions Selma. Watched a few of your recent videos, enjoyed them, so went back to your first one and am gradually catching up.

I am a sewer and crocheter, not a knitter yet, but your presentation just kept me glued to my iPad. So enjoyed it and learned a lot already.

Thank you for another great video Selma. I really enjoyed it. Like you, I enjoy many different crafts.
Thank you for the snippets of Ottawa sights. I lived in Ottawa for 12 years and both my sons were born there. My youngest son has just been transferred there for work so I look forward to visits. In the meantime, your pictures and videos remind me of how much I love this city. And knitting to boost. What more can I ask for. Blessings!

I remember visiting the Experimental Farm every year and loving the lilac trees and my husband remembers taking photos of me in amongst the tulips. That must be the same place. We also learnt to sail on Dow’s Lake. We went on a sailing course, run by some government department, courtesy of my husband’s firm, Bell Northern Research, loved it and never looked back from that. We only gave up sailing a couple of years ago, after 50 years. Now I craft to my heart’s content and enjoy your very pleasant podcasts. Thank you Selma.

Hi Selma, it looks like spring has finally come to Ottawa! I'm glad you carry on with the intro video, it is so nice to be able to visualize what it is like over there. I was showing my husband the previous intro and asked if he recognized where it was, he got it straight away. He has been there a few times over the years as he works for a company in Ottawa that is now owned by IBM. I never really managed to accompany him but I might in the future! I really like the look of the purl rows on your sleeveless jumper, it turns a simple knit into a very elegant one, well done! Your yellow shawl will also be stunning once finished, makes me want to cast on but I already have 2 gift shawls on the needles which are for June birthdays so I should get on with those first! Until next time, take care friend. xx

Hi Selma! I truly enjoy your podcasts. You are very calming, and I love how you talk about certain things like sweater math and ease. I always get a little confused when a pattern says “this pattern has 6” of ease”. I often wonder if that is already written in? My bust is 36, so if a sweater has 6” ease do I chose the 36 size or the 42? That has always confused me. Thank you for the KAL where you are knitting a summer top! I am so interested in that but a little apprehensive too. Is there a deadline as to when you need to know how many are interested. I certainly am interested! It was so nice to share in parts of your Mother’s Day...Ottawa looks beautiful, I live in Canada as well but have never been that Far East. ❤️

Ah Selma another wonderful podcast ! It is so lovely to see a notice  come up about your newest podcast. I love those melted beads as you call them.  I used to have fun with my grandchildren with that craft when they were young. They are grown now and busy with big kid things.

Love to see the shots of Ottawa at the beginning of this podcast... it's also my home. And then you mentioned getting mixed up between Heidi Kiermeier and Anke Strick - I've got sweaters from both of them on needles and they are very similar knits! Love your podcasts.

I love this idea of a group for the top. I have had a hard time with ravelry but I will try to get to your group. I used to be a size m/L since i have gotten older I have put on weight so figuring out the math and style that looks best on me. I love this idea. Thank you!
