A lady brought one of these in a carrier onto the bus. It started singing it's natural variety of chirps and melodies and it was the most beautiful sound I've ever heard it was like bubbles of sound rising out of a babbling brook. The whole bus was transfixed by these sounds. Absolutely the most beautiful birdsong I've ever heard.

What they really need is a bird companion to always be with in addition to their owners. Parrots are extremely social birds and humans just cannot replace another bird
