What is the most I’ve paid for a mobile home, you ask? …or somebody did. You won’t believe it when I tell you. In 1994, we bought a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, double wide 24 X 56, with a gigantic round tub in the master bath plus a separate shower, and a 21 foot long living room, for…$33, 000.00 and it’s been paid off for a long time. Yeah! I know. That’s why it kills me to see the prices these days.

You might think about filming AFTER the home is put together. Would you do a tour of a frame home with half the drywall not up, not staged for viewers to get perspective on how the home would be with furnishings ?

Not enough cabinetry in the kitchen especially with no a pantry, that side wall is wasted space that could very well had another set of cabinets for storage & a coffee bar....oh & the primary in the dining area is a deal breaker! 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️

I’m not a fan of so many different colors in the kitchen. Are they doing that just so you see the options or is that the way it comes?

Kitchen needs more cabinets upper cabinets but overall it’s pretty awesome and the price is pretty reasonable too 👍👊🏻

I like that they left the draws out. You can check to see if they are metal or plastic rails. Plastic are garbage and I've seen them put on other homes.

Bedrooms are to small. Need at least 10x12 and those closets are horrible that you can't reach every where without going into the closet.

That is the price of a single wide. Nice home for the price. You cannot get better than that.

Cheaply built. This house cost about $45k to build.
