Love and regards from a Serb to Armenians. Godfather of my late uncle was an Armenian lady, a refugee from Syria. She was admitted by a Serbian priest in Serbia after WW2 to be a godfather as an Orthodox Christian. The families were neighboors and my late father was gladly recollecting "uncle Vartkes" and "aunt Siranusha" (a nickname given to her by her husband). They escaped in Serbia after the genocide in Turkiye. There is a Serbian proverb, written down by Vuk Karadzic in the middle of 19th century: "Three Jews one Greek, three Greeks one Armenian", the meaaning of which is comparision of capabilities of the people, featuring the Armenians as the most capable people in commerce, craftsmanship and entrepreneurship.

Im Armenian. I consider Serbs as brothers. In sports when a Serbs competes with another nation, Im always for the Serb. Also I always listened to Serb music: Arkanovi Tigrovi. And the most important thing: Kosovo is Serbia.

This is interesting. I think Armenians know as much about Serbia as Serbs know about Armenia. The thing is that Serbs and Armenians are very similar in their approach to life and the historical struggles we went through. We even look alike!!! In other countries Armenians and Serbs get along very well.

I have one Armenian friend in my town, here in Serbia. Her grandmom is Armenian. She is wonderfull person, probably like her granny. Blood is not water, as we say, here, in Serbia. AS father (grandmom) as son (granddother). All the best brothers and sisters from Armania!
