In our case Investigating officer has not recorded any reason for search w/o warrant u/s 166 165 100 in other police station area..search list is not prepared ..a search memo is prepared with signature of officers only on last page....all other pages in a multiple pages search memo are signed by accused only which is irrelevant I believe....there is no records of any intimation to local police station, , , there has to be a dd number I believe...please suggest/
