Just finished this and OMG it. And yes in fact I AM going over to buy more yard to make more. This stitched up so fast once I got the hang of the thicker yarn than I am used to. Looks great. So happy to give it as a gift so I can justify making more 🤣 Thank you TLYarnCrafts for such great tutorials ❤

No-one ever seems to mention the connection between the round number and the number of sts in the repeat when crocheting the base. Example: R2 has 2 sts in the repeat. R3 has 3 sts (inc, dc) in the repeat. R4 has 4 sts (inc, dc, dc) in the repeat, etc. I have always found this helpful to keep track of where I am up to. Love this basket Toni. The stitch is beautiful.

Very nice instruction video. You make sure everyone sees the stitches and you so clearly explain everything. Thanks so much.

Thanks for the pattern, you're a great teacher! I wanted a slightly smaller basket so I skipped round 6 of the base, and for the handles did 7 chains skip 5 stitches and then 9 single crochet in the space. Came out great! I could definitely see myself making many more of these.

This tutorial helped me complete my first ever completed crochet project! I didn't have the correct size yarn AND I ended up with 50 stitches 🤷🏾‍♀️ per round so the handles arent evenly placed 😅 but I i did it! It ended up being so small only one yarn cake fits with some notions and tools, so for now its where my swatches live along with hooks, tools, and notions 😂
