How to add a project that is present in your system to github using git dekstop app?

Thank you for the awesome explanation. I have a doubt, instead of creating a file locally can I clone a project from another person's git and publish it to my github repo?

Hey, I've done everything in the video but when I try to publish my repo to github, I get an error reading "Requires Authentication" even though I am already signed in. Does anyone else have similar error?

How do you get your project files to github?! This is just an empty one... do you copy in the entire project (so all files, even ones that wasnt changed) MANUALLY (?) into that directory everytime you need to commit changes?

Im working on a game and I want to upload changes to github, not just code but also all data files, images and so on. I still dont understand how I can do this with git
