I use Razer Game Booster. It's free, helps your games run faster, and lets you record gameplay and take screenshots. The only downside is it can't record both In-game audio and microphone.

It depends on your computer manufacturer, some has it on the computer by default, others don't. You can get Movie maker from Microsofts website.

The updated version of Fraps does record. This video is pretty old when it couldn't record through desktop. But now you can.

i have windows 8, but i have a cracked version of fraps. when i click the youtube thing, i log in, and put all my stuff in, but the publish button isnt highlighted. plz help!
