Hey Chloe! Always excited when you make a new video, I’m currently working towards my real estate license. A few question for you, do you decide what types of property requires all these avenues of marketing? (For example, if the property is less than 1mil) would you still advertise the same as a 6mil property? It is ultimately a discussion with the seller to see how they would want to market (a-la-carte to your services)? Or is it something you decide and will always do for all types of property? Second question is, all these printing and marketing cost. Is it something the brokerage cover a portion or you have to cover them? Hopefully the questions are clear, thank you so much for your time 😊
