Python 3 Practice Codingbat Warmup 2 Part 3

Continuing coding practice using the codingbat website. Warmup 2 go more in-depth with for loops but I also figure ways around the loops with slicing. Figuring out array and list in python and giving examples. Going over if statement and a lot of logic for Python. Also going over some of the slicing techniques.
