Yes this isnt a bug its a camille interaction. She can cancel pulls, throwbacks etc with her e if the timing is right. And you can cancel her e by using cc right when she connects to the wall

All CC cast to Camille in timing [after she cast e1 --> before her e1 reach to the wall ] will can't stop her pulling herself to the wall . In other way, all cc cast to Camille After her e1 already reach the wall ( she is pulling herself ) will stop her pulling.

That shit happends under tower, you W, get tower agrro, you go back to lose tower agrro and you go back to combo because it would pull but it doesn't and it does the dmg and you get a tower shot failing the combo and -150 hp for playing well
