Kermit, banjo in hand, comes up to Debbie’s dressing room, excited that she wants to sing a song about rainbows. The list she sent ahead includes “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” and “I’m Always Chasing Rainbows.” Kermit points out that Debbie forgot one rainbow song: “’My’ rainbow song.” Debbie agrees to sing “Rainbow Connection” with Kermit.

I was in grad school at Syracuse University when this broadcast. A bunch of us grad students would sit in the lounge and watch the Muppets Show. I fell in love with Debbie Harry. We were so young then.

I think for every generation the entire original series is worth watching, bringing, etc.. So much talent, humour and cuteness, I feel this ties Monty Python's Flying Circus as the greatest television series of all time for those who desire the most of peoples' viewing time.
