The offense is JUST FINE. The need is for a Defensive Coordinator who knows his stuff. Jesse Minter, A 18:01 aron Glenn, or (already reat DC/HC AND evaluator of talent/recruiter) Marcus Freeman

Taylor needs to get fired... They won in spite of Taylor... What coach could not score with Burrow, Chase, Mixon, Higgins and Boyd in 5 straight possessions to end a SB??? All he does is call bad plays and eventually Joe and Chase do something crazy and turn nothing into much watch TV... That Run was 70% defense being clutch Forcing TOs in key moments... 15% offense and 15% ST... Defense never gave up more than 24 points in any of the playoff games with the less talented side of the ball. The all powerful offense never cracked 28 points on either of those runs. Taylor is the problem. He would need a Super Team and with Burrow and Chase making 90 mill there is no way they are competent enough to draft a defense that can bail Zach out of bad play calling in key moments. If they do not fire him its a joke of an organization... Do they want to win or put up number is the real questions? Do you want a Fantasy QB or a winning QB? It comes down to Burrow and weather he wants to win a SB or not.... If he does he needs to tell ownership to fire Zach and Get BB... Burrow needs to let BB know he is going to take the hard coaching and that there is no mistake... BB is the leader and Burrow will follow. Burrow needs tough love and BB will give it to him. Now BB is very good at frugally building winning Championship rosters, which is perfect for Brown... The big thing is do the players want a BB to give them the tough love they need to win. With a top 10 pick hopefully BB hits on some guys and Signs veteran Leaders that will grow the defensive culture. Bengals may be in a 2 year rebuild but If BB is there Burrow will be a more consistent winner and might have longer career as he will not be asked to do everything all the time. He will bring balance and detailed driven strategy... Taylor is more about the jimmies and joes not the xs and os. BB is the Mastermind who plays chess while Taylor barely plays checkers. Zach is a nice guy but its clear his situational football ability and vanilla play calling is why he has run his course in Cincy... Being replaced by BB is nothing to be sad about... BB is the GOAT what would be worst is if they replace him with Jeff Fisher! LOL Jeff Fisher is a better version of Taylor but there was a guy who took one SB Run into a 15 year career where he got McNair and George broken down and wasted their careers. No one in the building really knows how to win a SB from a Coaching stand point. BB changes that. BB is the best option and Brown would be a genius if they over paid for BB to save money everywhere else like Kraft did in NE... Other Coach would be Someone on the Andy Reid Coaching Tree or Brian Flores. Flores is great. Someone how knows how to win is key...

Imagine blaming Lou for not having a personnel needed to boost the defense. Imagine if the head coach actually goes out and get players to for his defense instead of just worrying about the offense. Imagine if the head coach was actually just that a head coach

It doesn't make a damn bit of difference who you bring in here as a coach if you're not going to replace the people in the front office that's evaluating the draft picks and signing the free agents because what they're doing isn't working and nothing will change unless they're gone
