9 million are quite remarkable since we are just 10, 5 million in Sweden 🇸🇪 Nice that people around the world also like it.

As a Swede I'm amazed that our "little" slow TV sensation has reached the TODAY show. I know that the Germans really like it, but I newer thought the knowlegde of it would ever cross the sea.

Here's the real kicker: you can go out and experience nature yourself. In Sweden we have a law that protects the freedom to roam. To be able to hike, bike, paddle or whatever with very little limitation is great. It is kind of hard to explain but let's just say that the 'No trespassing' sign company would go out of business really quick here😂

I have a friend from US that used to visit our summer cottage once a year. At the summer cottage you cannot here any traffic, see or here any air traffic, and the mobile phone coverage is quite limited. The only thing you will here is the sounds of nature, the fire in the stove, water hitting the sauna stove, and your own thougts. His first visit was a job trip, but all the other trips was on his own expense. I can imagine the contrast to his big city life.

There are places like this in many places around the world. People do not seem to understand the benefits of experiencing this once in a while.

There's something very soothing about watching it. One of the things I love about being a Swede 🥰🥰

I usually set up my tablet to the broadcast so I can have it next to my computer when I work and take little mini-breaks watching the moose. :)

As a Swede having grown up in the North of the country this is hilarious haha
And I don't mean that condescendingly or anything, just to be clear.
I have met moose walking the trails in the forest a literal stone's-throw from my family home.
I vividly remember a big cow moose stood staring at me maybe 100-120 feet away once before dashing down a 35 degree incline like it was nothing
Heck, one simply walked past the window 35 feet away when me and my dad were having breakfast one morning before he drove me to school 😅

Being awake 24 hours a day just to watch this is insane. I understand you can watch when the elk is on video but most of time you’re just watching Forrest’s rives lakes, nothing is happening except the few times you get to see elk

The woman refusing to sleep so she can monitor the scintillating action 24/7 may need therapy.

I'll have to try and find Moose TV . thanks for the info on that. 🙄 By the way, The Bald Eagle eagles (3) hatched 3/3/25, 3/4/25 & 3/8/25 The first one (Misty) did not survive one of the snow storms. The two left are doing well. Sunny and Gizmo.

As great as it is to watch the moose. Please be respectful when coming here. Don't litter or scare the moose. Thank you.
