Don't get why people are saying she's a terrible actress. She's acting as an awkward, shy, nervous intern on her first gig. Some people are actually like this (stuttering, stumbling through words, having awkward poses, hesitating a lot). I'm thinking she did justice to her character who add more representation of people who aren't as loud and confident as others (like a lot of other BuzzFeed personas).
