Back when I used to get them they were called individual tree braids.

The difference is boho is like two to the strands added. Bora bora is like a fuller look with like 9 strands added with takes more time. The mermaid braids is more like the bora bora but fuller at the root so u see less of the actual braids here and there and the curl pattern matters. The Gypsy braids to me is just a different curl pattern is different but it’s really a thinner strand but fuller look. So each name for these braids is just a different technique to pull off the look

Micro is what they were called back in the 90's. So to ME theses styles today are ALL the same🙄

Every braid style that's popping up these days, are the same.their name different, also I'm old school. If you think about they are high tech micro braids. When microbraids were popular many used human hair. Then came the tree braids
