James Brown had a song called ''Mashed Potatoes USA'' back in 1962 and he was calling out all the towns he was gonna do the ''Mashed Potato'' dance during his USA tour!! Kinda of the precursor to this song in which by this time it's ''All Around The World''. This was my favorite song by Boyz II Men. Great jazz chords and Funky bottom! Check out James' Thang! It's cool too! Just a little Soul history for the Un-Funky!

I had this cassette. I remember i took it to my friend's house the last day of 3rd grade and she blasted this song the next morning to wake me up and she woke her parents up and her brother. Her dad got so upset, he was knocking on her brother's door saying "come on mr. Boyz II men, get up!!!". That was back in 1995. Never noticed they said Carolina, where I'm from/live. I don't think Ive listened to this song since then. Nostalgic!!
