Hi, I was watching your tutorial on Maven and have a clarification - I have Web based Maven project which contains other Maven modules also. I am deploying the web based project by using eclipse server integration in my development environment. If I am doing any code changes in any of the modules then automatically the code changes should publish to server and it should reflect. How can we do this?

Help me with this:
When i create a maven project using eclipse or cmd, there is an error regarding pom.xml.
But, when i open eclipse or cmd as administrator then there is no such error.
Why is it so and how can i resolve this?
