I love seeing this aggressive pricing from Verizon. I know we think they are going after mint and metro / T-Mobile etc and to some degree they are. My thoughts are with this pricing they are trying to get share back from big cable. All those free line deals are expiring and going to 29.99 -39.99 a line. It’s a great opportunity with the value even if it is for a year to win those consumers back. Way to go big red !

I called VZ customer service. Rep told me the 50% discount is only for two lines, not 1 line.

So no deal for just 1 line.

It's no different than buying months in advanced. Cricket does this too. You pay 300 dollars for one year of service of the 55 dollar plan

If you have an unlocked 5G capable iPad especially one with MMWAVE this might be a good option since the $40 tablet line would cost $10 with $30 multi line discount

The 40 dollar plan is nice at total. Unlimited talk text and data and 5 g. When you break down this plan with 5 lines it's 23 dollar a line. We love this 5 line deal with total. Thanks for the update
