I fish rainbow trout in lakes with a 4 weight, then bulls, trout and dolly's with a 6 weight in the rivers. I felt like upgrading my 6 weight reel(s) and i compared the gavan rush light to a comparable no contest . hands down the Galvan.

I upgraded my reel for my spey rod ( sage one 13' 7 weight) to a galvan swing Fantastic reel that feels like its made for west coast river and steelies of course.
