What do you recommend on how to get started in learnjng java script? We currently use google sheets to track costs and IT Allocations but I want to improve them with scripts just not sure how to get started learning java.

for example, I have a cold email platform where I can see my daily email stats (emails sent, open, replied..), would it be possible to automate those stats and have them populated on the google sheet?
