If u get a spray than it's easier to apply and easier to take less for thin hair so it doesn't way it down. For shoulderlenght hair 5 sprays are enough

I have a coarse hair nd..I don't really use any shampoo nor conditioner..I don't use any heat and hot water but even though I dont use any of these I still have corase..it's not genetics that's fir sure
