Wow, the beaming smile on her face says it all. She _LOVES_ what she does. Amazing. ❣

Im impressed that the human body can do such an intense exercise as long as she can, i mean 6 minutes of triple unders?! Pushing yourself that high off the ground consistently for that long is insane and combine it with focusing hand movements and keeping the rope going.. wow

As an Army medic, I've drawn athletes' blood before; their veinous blood can scare you into thinking you hit an artery. I've taken their vitals, they breathe only a few times every minute and their hearts beat like every other second.

I can't imagine what her nurses think about her vitals.

Wired's ability to tell a story through these videos is amazing. I've never cared about the Jump roping world and now after watching this I want a jump rope. Thanks Wired.
*I'm a 41 year old man I have no business jumping rope. I'm sending Wired my ER bill.

I grew up in the same town as her and even though she’s 6 years older than me I remember hearing about her accomplishments even when I was in high school. My junior year she was on Ellen and the whole town was talking about it. She’s amazing!

Imagine hitting a record and still knowing you could do better so you train for an additional 2 years and beat your own record. Impressive!

You can tell she's all positive vibes as a human being & the whole jump rope side to it just helps her express it

I literally just pulled out the skipping rope last night for the first time in over 10 years to get some exercise in while it was non stop raining. The coincidence is crazy & my calves are on FIRE

She's technically an athlete. They should have an Olympic event for this

I love that she openly admits that she has no natural talent for jump rope, that she had to practice to get where she is now. Mastery is achieved through practice, not birth.

Her vertical leap ability is amazing. She seems to float in the air.

She is absolutely amazing, not only her skills, but her attitude, and specially her smile; It's the real flow state of mastery and enjoyment. It's always so satisfying to listen and to see an expert doing what she loves making it look so easy, effortless and fun, Taking into account that I could never do it.
Keep doing what you love, your discipline is inspiring.

She is amazing! I finally mastered double unders and crisscrosses after months of practice which makes me really appreciate the coordination and athleticism she has to do what she does
