Can the L20 do manual Punch In & Out? If it does, is the punch in & the punch out, seamless, meaning no strange artifacts or annoying sound at the punch in/out point when u play it back? I have been using my QSC Touchmix 30 Pro for live band multi tracking of my own band. The sound of the QSC Touchmix 30 Pro is simply awesome, live or recorded (record up to 30 tracks direct to my external Solid State drive via USB). The Touchmix can do punch in/out but at the point where u punch in & out (when u play it back), there is a very loud thump, making punch in/out not feasible. Also, how is the sound quality of the recordings done on the L20? My apologies if i am asking a stupid question. I'm asking cause in my area there is no way for me to personally checkout the L20 in person....

Thanks for this video with great content. I wanted to ask you a question: is it possible to use the Zoom Livetrack L12 / 20 with a band and make a Playlist and send the click to the drummer? I thank you for the answer

Hi, I bought the Zoom Livetrak L-20 because it had the possibility of having both Mute and Solo which would have been convenient, too bad the Solo doesn't work in the sense that I noticed that when you activate it, the selected track it increases in volume but by a lot! the clip should also go.
Does this happen to yours too?

The biggest challenge is, each fader has electronical and physical position. If you doesn't hear anything, draw it high and low, because it only respond, when physical and electronical position are in sync

I am a fan of zoom products, but I was disappointed with this unit. Among the other zoom products that I own is the R24 recorder. I don't understand why they didn't integrate the features of the R24. Specifically, the automated punch in/out that is possible on the R24. The L-20 doesn't have that. Also, it's crazy that they didn't allow it to integrate the R24 in a master/slave configuration, such as one can do with 2 R24's.
As a standalone mixer, it's not bad, but the recording features are a big disappointment.
