Chef Wolfgang Puck discussed his numerous culinary exploits and shared stories about Pink Floyd and The Simpsons, on the latest installment of Rolling Stone’s The First Time. Puck — who’s the subject of the new Disney+ documentary, Wolfgang, out June 25th — has been one of the best-known chefs in the world for decades, though he still finds the term “celebrity chef” nonsensical.

I worked at his restaurant in Venetian Las Vegas. It was the filthiest kitchen I've ever worked in. The coolers weren't keeping temperature, the dry storage was full of spoiled food and the menu was nothing special. Instead of a Caesar Salad you get a wedge of lettuce with Caesar dressing on top. If you're in Vegas looking for a good place to eat look off strip.
