Why don't they drive at night to get a better idea?

If this was treated as an accident from the beginning we would not been through this. 🤔

I can see how some people coming out may not notice John O’Keefe on the front but there is NO WAY Brian Higgens didn’t see him if he was there, based on his own testimony today

I did the exact drive last week. No way SOMEONE out of multiple people would not have seen a body between 12:30 to 2:00. DUSTING OF SNOW BLACK CLOTHES.

There was evidence, shown in a police photo taken at the scene, of the snow being only 2 inches deep. The cops used a plastic ruler to measure the depth.
Now bearing in mind that snow reflects light, and if settled on ground, anything darker than the snow would be seen immediately, it makes no sense at all that nobody saw Johns body, when they were leaving .... or he just wasn't there at that time.

You need to have 5-6 drinks and add the snow for it to be an accurate view for anyone.

if John's body had been left there by Karen Read, it seems obvious Brian Higgins and all others who left would have seen his body while leaving, headlights shining on it.

This "Grass underneath him" can't understand why no one would think that if you put a warm body onto the snow, the snow is going to 👀 That would be the effect of a warm body and a light layer of snow. Somebody tell me I'm wrong?

How did Brian Higgins not see John's body when he left between 12:30 and 1 AM? Aren't cops observant?

I’ve never seen a case where so many different scenarios legitimately seem plausible. Craziness. I am not envious of the jurors in this case.

They got rid of the dog! They tore up the basement floor! Sold the house! All the witnesses so far have destroyed or got rid of their phones. YES I am sure this jury also smells a rat! OH no one butt dials someone's phone 6 times! I believe Jenn was looking for John's phone in the house, that was lost in a fight!
