Slovak Republic President in Hong Kong on Trade Mission

The Slovak Republic can serve as the region's gateway to Western and Eastern Europe, said Ivan Gasparovic, President of the Slovak Republic. In his first state visit to Hong Kong, the President spoke at a 6 September business luncheon hosted by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council. The President headed a high-level delegation of some 40 major Slovak government and business leaders, the biggest and most-senior Slovak business delegation to visit Hong Kong.
