my old Transalp had the same brake symptom...I blamed the problem on the brakes and steering bearings, I disassembled and reassembled everything several times but without solving the problem...then I tried putting more oil in the forks and... Now everything is perfect! So I suggest you have the correct oil level in the fork checked. However, to limit the problem of jerky braking, you could temporarily increase the fork's compression brake.

Hello, thank you very much in advance for sharing your problem, I'm from Portugal and I'm looking for information about this motorcycle that is entering this market with full force with an already known brand KTM As a way of showing reliability, I have 50 years of life and I have learned that man's word has become increasingly unreliable, so I look for users who are much more trusting. Big hug and once again, thank you for sharing.👍

Bro I have the touring version in Argentina and it's Excellent with caps.
I have released the handlebars at 150 km/h and the bike doesn't even make any noise..

Whatever others day, handlebar must not wobble when you ket it go, there is a big chance that front wheel is not perfectly round, or is slightly bent sideways, inspect that. Somehow lift the front end when on center stand and spin the wheel, use marker or thin wood ckose to rim to see hiw much it wobbles. Or dismount fromt wheel completely, it is much easier.

I had the same problem with my Yamaha fazer s2, after 50-70km/h the steering wheel went crazy. In the end it was the NEW tyres Metzeler M7, it was an internal inflation in the front tire

Most bikes wobble like this at a certain speed in relation to the model, easy, dont let go.

What version do you have??? Sport, touring or explore??? Touring and explore have damper, maybe it helps to improve that issue. I've seen damper to 800mt in Aliexpress.

had this on a Suzuki. It was a bad tire. Do you have steering damper?

Check the wheel, or brake disk. put the bike up and turn the wheel manually and check for wobling. Also, get some metalic piece and hit each spoke and see if one sounds weird.

Must have bent rim or tyre out of round. Probably been off-road causing out round alloy rim. That’s why Sports has spoke rims…for off-road use.

Have you checked the front suspension? Maybe it needs service.

1) this is probably wheel alignment issue. Get it aligned. 2) the woble... you are not suposed to drive a motorcycle without hands on the bars. I dont get the need for this test.
