good advice but the advice is focused on house property.

here is my tip from my recent home buy.

for unit, you dont need a building inspector. you just need to read strata report. also remember. some solicitors may say they will check the property with you but i found that my solicitor doesnt. broker, agent, solicitor, inspectors, they only want you to buy it so that they get the profit out of the purchase. they dont care whatever dodgy building you buy. they leave the decision to you so that they dont get the blame. i found this is very stressful. they just rip your money off from the savings.

last tip. don;t forget to buy very cheap property. dont buy expensive one. dont listen to broker as they are not your side. dont listen to solicitor. you need to study by yourself. they just push you to buy.

-you can save money from solicitor/inspector.. they are not necessary for your home buy. choose the cheapest conveyancer. dont waste your hard-earned money for those fraudulent people.
