Japanese developers are switching to a more Western-style type of games, while Western developers have been pushing for a more classic JRPG-style of games. I don't get why Japanese devs nowadays can't comprehend that there's still a huge market for these types of games.

The likes of Final Fantasy 7 Remake are good and all, but it would also be nice to get a Legend of Dragoon or Final Fantasy 6 remake or a whole new IP in this style

The first time I saw how the battle camera works instantly reminds me of the Eiyuden Chronicles battle camera, . Looking at how it perfectly combined 2, 5D sprites with the 3D environment, assure me that Eiyuden quite inspired this game. Marvelous presentation btw! looking forward on how the game will unfolds!
