Making a miniature plate of my favorite comfort food. :o) No talking for maximum sound tingles! Includes minimal marker writing, major plastic crinkling, teeny ceramic tile scraping, soft tapping, lots of hand rubbing, and a stream of TV background noise.

Materials:
- ceramic tile (working surface, buyable at hardware stores)
- Craft Smart brand polymer clay (this and items below are buyable at arts/crafts stores)
- Artist's Loft brand soft pastels
- Sculpey brand translucent liquid Sculpey
- Sculpey brand style & detail tools (ball & chisel flexible tip)
- Revell brand economy light duty knife (a.k.a., "X-ACTO" knife)

I baked it at 275 F for 13 minutes (15 minutes is listed on package directions, but time varies between ovens). I put it on a piece of aluminum foil and baked it in a toaster oven.

This is one of the first ASMR videos I ever watched. I remember being curled up in my bed with an upset stomach and I turned this on and it really set me up for a nice snooze. It’s been ten years and ASMR videos are now nothing short of insane. A lot of them are great sure but there’s something about the classics that just? Hit. And I love the ambient background noises, it reminds me of falling asleep in my childhood bedroom listening to my parents watch the news downstairs. I’m really glad this video is still here ♥️

The TV noises remind me of a lazy Saturday where there's nothing demanding your attention, so you have the free time to do a little creative project like this. Probably the most relaxing part imo!

For those who are angry b/c of the TV and/or crinkling I sure hope that man holding the gun to your head forcing you to watch this let you look for a better vid after! Best of luck.

personally, i find the most effective ASMR videos to be the ones of tasks performed from beginning to end without speaking, and I often find my triggers in videos that do not cater primarily to people looking to be triggered (Such as make up artists or how to videos). Sure the could have been turned off, but it does not bother me to the point of not being delighted by the task at hand. everyone has his or her trigger, people. the ASMR community should be the last place to find hateful and negative comments.

I, unlike others, do like the sound of the TV in the background

Great! The crinkling plastic was awesome as was the whole video. Those who thought it was too loud should turn down the sound. This almost put me in a trance. I loved it from start to finish!

I liked the TV tbh!! It's the hand rubbing that I never really liked. Everyone has their own triggers though! Loved this video!

The crinkling was a bit loud for my taste, but the parts in between were pure gold!
Thanks for putting this up :)

Everyone seems to be mentioning the bleeping/cussing from the TV but I swear around the 18/19:00 mark I heard Ariel singing Part of Your World. Lol, idk. Really love this video, not necessarily for asmr but it makes me want to try using polymer clay.
