5 Reasons Why ATS 1.41 Convoy Is Better Than TruckersMP

This is my opinion why TruckersMP is not as funny than driving together in ATS 1.41 Beta.

TruckersMP is still good but there are some things that makes playing TruckersMP a painfull experience.

SCS has decieded to release the 1.41 Beta for ATS to test out their version of multiplayer. This version is still experimental and has several problems.

Another reason why ATS Convoys are better is that you can play with mods, for now mods aren't compatible, but me and my friend still managed to add mods through dlc's. And they are working. Another reason is that Convoys are very good optimized, on tmp there is often lag between players and you usually see someone like a stick, on the convoys you can even see his suspension going down, and there is no lag at all. As of now ATS convoy is about playing with your friends. But I like the initiative by SCS. That speed restriction is very annoying in TMP. Yes this is a simulator and not an arcade racing title..but hey who's going to learn truck driving from simulation and try out in real life. TMP introduced speed restriction so that they have to less deal with tickets/penalties etc and their moderators can have a better life.

Reason why is convoy better

6. less connectivity issues
7. sounds are more natural
8. less bugs
9. it's private, great for not having an idiot invading your drive
10. better time and weather sync
11. /fix command on TMP will not fix your lost money, a retrieve progress will
12. no "mid-road joiners" you can run into
13. more servers to choose from
14. YOU HAVE CONTROL
15. this goes from number 14, you have the rules and you can kick anyone from public lobby if they're not behaving

I see but for me truckersm for now is better. Speed limiter is for me not necessary. but on truckermp on arcade servers you can drive fast. I dont like ai, if i would i`d play single.

Convoy is better then TMP in my opinion no annoying admins and you can drive reckless with your friends anytime if your up to it after a long haul

4. easier to run on lower specs

5. vtc's

6. better cb system
