I think using Euro qualification record isn’t always a great measurement, because Portugal smashed records in qualifying in every category and then lost to Croatia, I would say they were defeated pretty convincingly.

IDK why but it seems every strong team Croatia plays against they end up doing pretty well. Unless that team parks the bus against them.
