Problem: When the app is in dark mode, the status bar appears white, and when the app is in light mode, the status bar appears dark.

Man chatgpt and claude tells me ios doesn't support push notifications when PWA is not running or running on background! Do you know why is that?

I love PWA with all the functions you could at least in theory get. I am an Android user and was a bit disappointed what ios safari actually supports connecting to hardware/system features. To me feels like Apple trying to sabotage the whole PWA concept in order to secure their ios apps and appstore (income streams). Is there any signs of Apple supporting more PWA features in future or is it just like a good idea with a dead end because of bad support from Apple for ios devices ?
