Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Green cardamom - 2-3
Black cardamom -1
Onion - 4
Tomato -2
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 spoon
Salt - 1 spoon
Turmeric powder - ½ spoon
Red chili powder - 1 & 1/2 spoon
Roasted Masala
Fresh coriander leaves for
Garnishing

For Roasted Masala:
Coriander seeds - 2 spoons
Cumin seeds -1 spoon
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Cloves - 5-6
Green cardamom - 4
Star anise - 1
Black cardamom - 1
Mace flower-1 inch
Black pepper - 10-11
Caraway seeds - 1/2 spoon
Poppy seeds - 1/2 spoon

For Naan:
All purpose flour - 3 cups
Active yeast - 1 spoon
Sugar - 3 - 4 spoon
Salt - 1/4 spoon
Warm water/milk for kneading
Oil /Butter - 2 - 3 spoons
Fresh coriander leaves
