One Island that is not mentioned anywhere and it's so good in terms of materials (tier1) is *Fantasm Island / Island of Fantasy*.
Now, this is a 600lvl item, but dont get intimidated by that. There's no such things as monsters or anything to kill, you just basically fish and perform some easy tasks.
IT takes you from 10-15mins here and it gives as much (or more) materials as the islands in Sea Guinea's route!

amazing guide, did the maxroll guide before seeing this and it never mentioned the tower giving you mats on your second clear and i did it like an idiot on my main first, then got insanely unlucky till now with upgrading and im still struggling so hard to hit 600 now because i just lack every t1 material
