false negative: runner forgot to add template, added at the wrong well etc; false positive: contamination, added at the wrong well etc, this happens mostly at high ct patient (>35).

you are right sir, i am feeling good not fever or headache or anything, i went testing about a 3 weeks for Covid-19 i did test 3 different places and when the result came back two of the result i was Negative and one came out Positive, i talk to my doctor about it, my doctor told me to quarantine, after two weeks i tested again at the same place that the give me positive result and i went to test different place, at the same place that result came out positive last time they result came out again positive at the new place the result came out Negetive and both did PCR test, some of this hospital or labs the are making mistakes, the only reason that i went to test for covid-19 is i need a certificate for travel to show the airline that i do not have covid-19 so the can allowed me to flight. You are rights sir things are confused i guess people the should be more careful with they positive result and doctors the should make sure that the labs equipment are getting update, because the keeping using same equipment over and over if the test the sample for some who have coving and you are using same material the result of all people gonna come out positive.

Get to the point.

PCR uses two primers, that anneal to two specific zones of the target genome. The primers are only 20-30 nucleotides or bases long. The low number of nucleotides on the probes renders the PCR test's specificity extremely low in an un-purified sample.

In short, the PCR test protocols won't differentiate between SARS-CoV-2, influenza A & B, or other genetic garbadge, floating around in your snot sample.

Turn up the temperature cycles > 40 and the number of FALSE POSITIVES will rocket.

I did the PCR test. Don't think they did it right didn't really stick it in there. Just did 5 circles in each nose. My nephew tested positive. So I got tested came back negative. Was feeling sick. So I think it's wrong. But fudge it. Tired of isolation.
