Very helpful info overall. 😊there’s one part that’s a little confusing though…at timestamp 1:45, the PhD lady said that anyone’s who struggling to sleep at night should not nap, but prior to that she suggested it as a potential solution for poor sleep. Is she referring to people who actually have clinical insomnia? It would be helpful to have better clarity re: who napping is NOT for & why. ☺️🕊️
