I think the reason why so many ppl are completely stunned by him is cos he's got that bad boy look but also that sweet baby face, that smoulder like "sex" look, mind my wording. Like Felix said in an interview, he's mean at the start and doesn't treat ppl properly, he finds gin and he opens up his walls slowly and starts treating women with respect. He became this character ppl found handsome, charismatic, confident, flirtatious, has that look so many girls love, the look in his eyes the endearing soul, sensual vibe girls fawn over, then when he started to reveal himself he became in a way more elegant and able to show his emotions more, started opening up and letting himself feel his feelings rather than pushing them down and acting up
