The irony is that everyone knows about the Taiwanese geopolitical risks. So while the threats are real, the general preparedness towards the possibility of such an outcome eliminates it as a black swan.

Sooner or later, they will definitely take Taiwan, and I'm sure we'll only find out after the fact, by which time any investment there will be down the toilet.
