One thing I would suggest for the US is to use the select players more. Guys like Chet, lively, Miller, Flagg, Cade, Murphy, Keegan Murray, Podziemski, Suggs Banchero and both Thompson brothers. These guys can form the basis of the 2027 FIBA World Cup team. In addition all those players get to play at least 3 games. Think what each of them could have done learning to play with Bron, KD and Steph. This helps build Chemistry and gets them more used to Kerr’s system. If the US wants to use FIBA WC as a development tournament it might be a good option for them.
