The problem is that Nato is reorganising: That means that the German depot are broken up and the arms send to Poland and the Baltic. These weapons are to be replaced in Germany with other designs for another purpose. We see the return to the medium forces that has a road speed of 100 km/h Which will use the road network in Europe to move the feet quicker than Russia can concentrate their forces.
