I think I have a nice concept idea for vulcan. When I see his diamond skin, he reminds me much of mario. Maybe that's a cool skin idea for the future. Give him an italian plumber skin (He is Roman). Give him a cap (Orange color with letter V), blue pants with braces. Make 2 green pipes for the 2 cannons on his back and maybe add these 2 popping plantlike things, give him that cartoon hammer he sometimes uses, shave his beard but not his moustache and change his mechanical arm in something pipe like or something else. 
Abilaty skins:
1) let him shoot that typical fireball when he eats a mushroom and let it bounce.
2) Make his turret look like that waterspout thing from mario sunshine.
3) Large fireball
4) let his ult send off these 2 huge black monsterlike bullets.

PS. If you are afraid for being sued by nintendo just add some other cool things and sorry for my bad English.

they are 2 things to say that the skin is only availabla in the chest. 1 the end and 2 the enemy is derpcules, on others skins reaveal the enemy is the last skin and the last one is mercury
