I wish you'd put out a video more centered around using this system in the snow. Explaining which is best for various snow and ice conditions. I've heard many different things, and it gets confusing. Snow poses challenges to the logic of only using 4wd on lose or slippery surfaces. Example: A snow storm has passed through. The back roads are fully snow covered and slippery. However the main roads are almost clear. Which mode to choose? When driving, you'll change from roads with grip to roads without many times, and often without warning. I can't stop every time to change in and out of 4wd. The auto-4wd is scary as well. If I use that during a snow storm and the vehicle detects slip as I say, go around a long bend on messy but not fully snow covered road. The vehicle will change into 4wd automatically. But will it do this in the middle of the bend? Wouldn't that cause damage? If it wait's until it can change modes safely, what happens when the road clears up and I have good traction? Will it cause damage because it's in 4wd and I now have good traction during a bend in the road? I know it might sound absurd. But these conditions can and do change many times while driving in the Northeast after a snow storm.

My 4x4 system overheated when off-roading and reduces power. There have been plenty of hills I have had to reverse back down because the 4x4 system overheated. Talk about embarrassing. Stock f150 4x4 made it up just fine
